With your Medical Diary you will be able to:
MD is your key to following your medical and general health progress. It uses the same easy to use interface that you liked from Lifesaver. Help screens directly overlay your data and are attained, as well as dismissed, with just one simple click. No more opening other windows to loose yourself in some Help topics, just one more click and you're back where you came from... Measurements / Charts: You can track your Weight and chart it over the period of any week, month, or the complete year. The same goes for your Blood Glucose levels (before and after breakfast, lunch and dinner), Cholesterol levels and Blood pressure values. All can be tracked and charted. What's even better, you can print all these charts and take them with you to the doctor's office. Here's an example of the Glucose Level tracking charted for one week: a month of Blood Pressure readings, or for ex.,a year of weight tracking. You can print the above Glucose levels as list of values: or print measurements as a chart:: Appointments: You can track and print all your appointments, for the month, or the complete year and print them in chronological order:
If you print the appointments of a month, MD
automatically prints only those which are still open, i.e., those
which are for today or later. Past appointments won't clutter your
appointments list, only those which still have to be kept.
However, in the Appointment Book and yearly view you can see all appointments, including
past ones. Diary: You can also keep your own private diary, in which you can outline your doctor's office visits, your progress, or anything else you want in your diary. You can then print out all your entries (if you wish so) and get them in chorological order, ready to be bound any way you like. Printing the diary: To see more of MD, click the Screenshots button, you will get an overview of all the screens (there are more) in a larger format... |
