Measurements / Charts:
You can track your Weight and chart it over the period of any week, month, or the complete year. The same goes for your Blood Glucose levels (before and after breakfast, lunch and dinner), Cholesterol levels and Blood pressure values. All can be tracked and charted. What's even better, you can print all these charts and take them with you to the doctor's office.

If you print the appointments of a month, MD
automatically prints only those which are still open, i.e., those
which are for today or later. Past appointments won't clutter your
appointments list, only those which still have to be kept.

You can also keep your own private diary, in which you can outline your doctor's office visits, your progress, or anything else you want in your diary. You can then print out all your entries (if you wish so) and get them in chorological order, ready to be bound any way you like.
